Stayed Jan 30, 2026This stay was everything we would expect. All was in excellent working order. The view was amazing! The 1BR was very clean with all amenities as described. Yes, I would stay here again and hope to in the near future.

Stayed Aug 27, 2023We had a wonderful time at the Kope cottage. Great location away from the touristy spots.Very private with beautiful views. House had everything we needed. We also rented the Tesla that was offered to us and thoroughly enjoyed that too. The only bad part was that we had to leave!

Stayed Mar 15, 2023We were the first guests of the new owners of this beautiful property, there were minor hiccups but quickly solved and the interactions we had were lovely. We would stay here again for sure. The views were stunning. The elevation meant cool nights. We were away from tourists. And we fell in love with the little artistic town nearby. Snorking, beaches, good food, were all minutes away. Waimea and Parker Ranch were about an hour one direction. The volcanos were about 1.5 hours. Really perfect. We worked during the day and the wifi speed was great once connected.

Stayed Feb 1, 2020The cottage was perfect. Stocked with everything needed and the view from the porch set the mood for a great start and end to each day. Landlords live on property was a plus with very helpful recommendations for activities and dinning. Coffee cultivation and roasting demonstration a rewarding additional benefit. Highly recommend property.

Stayed Sep 6, 2019We wanted to stay a little off the center of Kona and found this amazing house. We stayed in the Kobe cottage. The views and the pool are amazing. Everything provided that you can think of and the owners are very friendly and helpful. Can fully recommend staying in this gem. Had an amazing stay!!!

Stayed Mar 22, 2019Atsumi and Randall are wonderful hosts. The house is situated to have wonderful sunsets and out of the hustle of the town of Kona. The combination of coffee farm, quiet facilities and the opportunity to learn about physical exercise techniques like Gyrotonics is unique. Atsumi is a master of improving health through muscle work that is much different than typical weight lifting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.
