(6 mins to Kokanee Creek Provincial Park, 4 mins to Balfour Ferry/Harrop Ferry/Golf Course, 13 minutes to Hot Spring & 30 minutes to Kaslo and 25 minutes to Central Nelson).

*BOOKING DETAILS:

(1) Peak Season (July & August):
7-nights Minimum Stay with check-ins on Saturdays.

(2) Low Season (May, June, Sep & Oct):
4-nights Minimum Stay with flexible check-in.

To ensure a safe, healthy and pleasant stay, for all our guests, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:

(1) Pet-Free:
While we love our furry friends and service animals, we need to keep the space allergy-friendly for all guests and our housekeeper. If you plan to bring any pets or a service animal, we kindly ask that you book with other hosts who have more suitable setups.

(2) Registered Guests Only:
For your safety and ours, only the registered guests included in the reservation are allowed overnight on the property.

We kindly ask registered guests to inform us in advance about any daytime visitors on the lakefront property. All visits must be approved ahead of time and take place outdoors, ensuring safety and privacy for everyone. Please note that parties and events are not permitted. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us maintain a peaceful and private environment for everyone.

(3) No Campers, Trailers, or RVs:
For safety reasons, our liability insurance doesn't cover these vehicles.

((4) No Smoking/No Drugs:
To keep the air and space fresh, clean and heathy for all guests, smoking and drugs are not allowed on the property.
