Stayed Jan 1, 2026Location was amazing. Cottage was perfect. Rode bikes everyday on the Pinellas Trail. Walked downtown. Nice restaurants too! Loved Dunedin

Stayed May 24, 2024We booked a short stay and this property did not disappoint. Very close to the central Dunedin hot-spots with great food and drinks. The property is well maintained, very clean, with great amenities including plenty of parking. Management communication and the check-in process was as good and easy and it gets. Looking forward to booking another stay in the future!

Stayed Jan 9, 2024We loved being able to walk downtown, so close to the trail. Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. We'll definitely come back!!!!
