Key West Style Cottage - with pool/hot-tub

This property is in a great location. Easily accessible!!! The host responded immediately when I contacted him. The bed was very comfortable!!! Loved the little porch and view of the lovely backyard!

We had a great stay just wish we could have stayed longer! Very clean and close to downtown.

Communication is the worst

Property was convenient and accessable to everything we wanted to be close to. Loved our stay there.

Lovely large accommodations! The bed was very comfortable. There was no need for me to reach out to the host because all information was provided to me before it was ever needed! Will stay again.

The location was perfect being close to down town Dunedin. Everything was with in walking distance.

Great value and location!

First the pros: location was great and convenient to town. Very quiet, especially at night. It is a great concept that seems to be borrowed from Key West but that’s where it ends. Cons: The place is not well maintained and fails to meet the basic standards stated in the post on VRBO. The room was not advertised as a Handicap accessible room, which was stated in a previous post. The bed was similar to a hospital bed, very stiff and uncomfortable. Rug was stained to the point it made your socks black. Pool and hot tub was filthy. I was told it would be cleaned but it was not until the day I checked out 4 days after checkin. No towels for pool. Very few chairs for guests. I would not recommend staying here. By the way, a previous tenant pointed out the light in the shower was out a month earlier. It still is not fixed.

The hot tub was only working on our last day.

This place was wonderful! Very roomy inside. Within walking distance of everything in downtown Dunedin and also to the water! We will stay again!

Great location...short walk to downtown. Loved the front porch and how clean the unit was. Decently stocked. I didn't realize that we had booked the accessibility cottage. It would have been nice to have a separate seating area (couch or chair...only had the kitchen table for 2 to sit at)...however, that could be because of the kind of suite we booked. Loved going over to the club house to watch TV and relax. Offered nice drinks and snacks. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that the bed was uncomfortable, the bedding reminded me of hospital bedding and we asked for a light to be replaced in the bathroom. Was never done and couldn't get a hold of anyone via website. Communication could use improvement. But, otherwise, a very pleasant stay.

Great communication, beautiful clean and comfortable room. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the place was conveniently located close to everything.

Adorable set up, clean rooms, and quiet! Was one the most relaxing stays.
