Stayed Mar 12, 2026We had a great stay at the Key West Style Cottage. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well laid out, with a nice private pool and hot tub that added to the overall experience—even though we only had a chance to use the pool briefly.What really stood out, though, was the location. Dunedin is a fantastic town with a lot of character, and our timing lined up perfectly with the St. Patrick’s Day festivities. The atmosphere was lively without feeling overwhelming, and there were plenty of local spots to explore within a short distance.If you’re considering this property, it’s a solid choice—not just for the cottage itself, but for the access it gives you to everything Dunedin has to offer. We’d definitely recommend staying here and taking time to enjoy the town.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025Spotless cottage close to everything! We were able to take in all of the downtown activities and area restaurants without ever getting in our car. Cottage was super clean and stocked with snacks, drinks and coffee which was a wonderful surprise. We will definitely look at booking again if back in this area.

Stayed Aug 12, 2025From the moment we arrived we fell in love with Sunny Side Cottages! The owners communicated the check in process and even had the lights on for us. Our unit was Sunrise and has recently been remodeled. The king size bed was so comfortable, we slept like babies! The owners made sure we had snacks and the toiletry basket overflowed with anything you may have forgotten to pack! The kitchen has everything you would need for an extended stay. Do’s and don’ts were communicated in a humorous way. We enjoyed the pool which is just the right size for this boutique vacation rental. We were able to walk a short distance into downtown. Can’t wait to book again!
