Let's start with the obvious, the property is stunning. The views are amazing. The location is super convenient for day trips anywhere northern mid coast to down east. Carol & Steve are gracious hosts, who greeted us upon arrival. The house is so perfectly appointed with anything and everything you could want or need. Kim & I said a couple times, I wonder if they have ... and they did. We enjoyed coffee outside every morning. Reading the guest book it is clear why this Little Slice of Heaven has the resounding positive feedback it does, everyone says the same thing, it's hard to leave. We would happily rebook for another amazing week.

The cottage was beautifully furnished and immaculate, with many extras to make the stay easy. The hosts were wonderful, friendly, nearby, helpful but not intrusive. The grounds, beautifully manicured, the beach and view a joy. Friendly neighbors on the beach. This place is peaceful; perfect for quiet living people, but kayaks available for those more adventurous. Loved every minute!

The cottage overlooks Penobscot Bay with water views from the living room and dining room, and there is comfortable outdoor seating. The setting is quiet and serene. The cottage is well stocked with what one needs for a comfortable stay.

This property was the bomb!! Every detail was well thought out and the comfort was beyond my expectations! There wasn’t one thing we needed that they didn’t already think of. I believe I’m now ruined for future rentals bc this property has spoiled me so much! Thank you Steve and Carol!

Perfect, relaxing spot. Views are amazing and the neighborhood very friendly and quiet. Cottage has everything you need and is extremely well kept. The hosts are fantastic. There when you need them and out of site when you don't - very charming and sweet couple.

We had a wonderful relaxing time at 19 on the Bay. It is a beautiful, peaceful paradise. This was our second visit to the cottage on the bay and likely not our last. On this visit, we spent most of our time enjoying the beach and the cottage, cooking our own meals and sitting by the fire in the evening. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. You won't get a better view anywhere than at the table overlooking the bay.

My husband and I and our adult son enjoyed four days at this incredible place! The home is beautiful and cozy and well stocked. Communication with the host was excellent. We especially enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack chairs in enjoying the view. The kayaks were also a nice touch and we enjoyed paddling in the bay! We went to Bar Harbor and also hiked in Acadia national park, which was only an hour drive away. We also went down to Camden one day, which is another picturesque Maine village!

Such a special cottage!We truly enjoyed our stay, filled with peaceful and relaxing moments. The cottage is cozy, beautifully appointed, and had everything we needed. Visiting Schoodic Point and Belfast brought back wonderful childhood memories of living in Maine. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place with us!

The cottage is exceptional as are the owners. Very clean well stocked and very comfortable beds , the view is astonishing and close to so many attractions and restaurants. Definitely worth the trip

This particular cottage is all in the details and setting. Beautiful perennial gardens surround two sides of the house with window boxes and hanging basket in front. The lawn is a meadow-sized carpet of green facing a photo-worthy view. The hosts have provided almost anything you would want or could use during your stay. It's location gives access to Acadia/Bar Harbor/Mt. Desert Is/Blue Hill/Schoodic Peninsula in an hour or less. The lovely, quintessential New England village of Belfast is just down the road.

Cozy and very clean home directly on the ocean. Owners stock the home with every possible essential a person could think of and were very friendly. Would highly recommended a stat at this property.

We stayed in October. The property was clean, comfortable, and cozy with plenty provided including a fireplace, fire pit, kayaks and supplies for smores. The view over the bay was incredible both from the kitchen and the adirondack chairs out back . Close enough to Acadia and Bar Harbor for an easy day trio

If you want a fabulous host, a stunning location, and a delightful place to lay your head, you just found it! The views alone are enough attraction to make you want to book 19 on the Bay. But your host Carol and Steve teally care about your stay. They prepare the firepit complete with smore making goodies. The bedding is so cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the TV has all that you need. There are kayaks if you’re into that and a beach to walk on when the tide is out. Cant say enough about this place! We hope to be back. fire pit along with marshmallows

This is a wonderful cottage that is well equipped for an relaxing and enjoyable stay. It's in a great location to visit Mid Coast Maine. Finally you couldn't have any better hosts than Steve and Carol Colley.

My husband and I recently spent 9 nights at this amazing cottage! We enjoyed the view soo much —it is beyond beautiful!! The cottage is furnished with lovely furniture, comfortable beds and beautiful linens. The kitchen is furnished with all the necessities for cooking meals. It was easy to communicate with Carol and Steve with any questions. Carol had a vase of beautiful flowers and a chocolate cake there upon our arrival in honor of our anniversary…soo special! We needed a place to unwind and this was it. Great waterfront property with comfortable places to sit and observe the occasional boat go by, lots of birds and a seal relaxing on his favorite rock, as well as the shoreline changing with the tides. We used the available double kayak to check out the nearby shoreline and we landlocked Rocky Mountain dwellers ate fresh seafood every day - especially lobsters - from numerous local restaurants in the area.

We love staying at 19 on the Bay. The cottage is charming and the view incedible. Carol and Steve are so thoughtful down to the last detail: their warm welcoming greeting, the furnishings, the little touches evident everywhere. There are 2 seating areas inside and at least four outside, one with a fireplace. Waking up each morning to the bay, seeing and hearing birds,and the chaning tides makes me so happy. Comfortable beds, excellent kitchen and supplies. Perfect.

Carol & Steve were the best hosts. They were easy to communicate with. The cottage was beautiful and was stocked with all the extras. They were so thoughtful as to surprise us with flowers and cupcakes for our upcoming anniversary. The weather was not the best when we were here but we hope to come back to take in more of that amazing view.

The absolute best rental we have ever had! Clean, stocked with so many extras. Felt more like a spa retreat! Can’t wait to go back. Steve and Carol are the friendliest, most welcoming hosts we’ve ever had.
