One of the most wonderful stays we have ever had.

This home is absolutely beautiful and cozy—truly our taste. Simple, clean, and elegant. It is conveniently located close to Noah’s Ark and about a 35 minute drive from the creation museum. There is also Walmart about 10 minutes away. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Ms. Gina is amazing.

Beautiful and quaint home, clean and well stocked for a nice stay. Host was communicative, caring and concise. We had everything we needed before and during our stay. The home is very near to the Ark Encounter which is an excellent bonus since that was the reason for us visiting the area.

My sisters and I came to Kentucky to visit the Ark Encounter. This beautiful cottage made our trip so nice!!! Our host was helpful and easy to reach! She helped us with places for dinner. The cottage was very clean and the coffee bar was well stocked. We had everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

The property was just as described. It's close to many great places to visit and eat, yet offers the serenity of a quiet neighborhood. The hosts provided all the basic necessities plus extras like a fully stocked coffee bar and spices that were especially great with breakfast foods. We'd definitely visit again.

We loved our stay here! Super easy check in! Gina left the light on for us cause we checked in really late from travels! We stocked up at Walmart the next day. The beds were so big and comfy pillows. Kitchen was so cute and classy.

Our stay was cozy and comfortable. We especially appreciated the warmth and hospitality feeling in the home. Gina really thought about the smallest of details to make her guests feel welcome while preserving her grandmother’s memories around the home. Clean towels, spacious bathroom and comfortable beds. One of the best VRBO experience we’ve had. Perfect location to the Ark Encounter.

We loved this cottage, and it will be in our memories for so long, as a favorite. Communication with the host was easy and key! The community was lovely, and the places we visited were great, but the place you stay is everything! The beds were comfortable, the layout was great and it was decorated with great taste.

We were here for a wedding. The house was perfect. Had all the amenities of a home. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Neighborhood was very quiet as well.

We had a wonderful stay in this home! The beds are a nice memory foam and with comfortable pillows, it made for a good nights sleep. The decor is really nice and it truly felt like 'home'. Love the fully supplied kitchen & coffee bar including the 'to go' cups. :) The bathroom shower was great and the shower head was high enough for my tall husband. Nightlights in the bathroom didn't work when the switch on the wall was off. But there are nightlights in the kitchen that supplied light in the hallway and into bathroom. So not a big deal unless you need a lot of nightlight in the bathroom. The community is also nice and we felt safe taking a walk in the evening. Chatted with some neighbors along the way too. The Ark Encounter is very close (about 4 miles away). Not too many restaurants (or we just didn't find them) but a Cracker Barrell is a short 8 minute drive. Gina, host of JC Cottage, kindly gave us a little history of this home. Thank you Gina! Loved being in your Grandma's renovated home! We experienced both a fresh updated space as well as the warm history (like the beautiful wood throughout the home). I highly recommend staying in this comfy & cozy home! I'd stay again in a heartbeat!!

This is a great little house conveniently located to The Ark Encounter. The house was very clean and cozy. The communication with the host was awesome! They even advised us of a water main break near the house. Quaint little town with kind people as well.

This house is absolutely adorable. They really thought of everything you might need and made sure you had it. Handheld shower head, ceiling fans in all the rooms, a coffee bar, nice and soft bath towels and everything you need for your shower. The living room furniture was very nice and the beds were so comfortable. The decor was perfect. The best thing about this place was how CLEAN it was. I mean CLEAN! Host was very kind. I would stay here again and again if I come back in town.

I can recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to stay in the area. The house is mostly set up for a handicap/ wheelchair accessible. But the home was very comfortable.

We had a chance to get away for a weekend to visit the Ark Encounter. This was a very clean homey house very close to the Ark. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to be able to relax and enjoy the whole weekend. We would love to stay there again when we’re in the area. We didn’t want to leave!

Property was very clean and spacious. Had all the amenities my husband and I needed. We did not stay at this location though. It was another property on Paris St in Williamstown. Host needed to change location due to unfortunate circumstances. Gina was incredible in locating and providing us a great alternative location!

We visited The Creation Museum and then the Ark. House very close to the Ark, the house was very clean and had a great coffee/tea bar. Beds were good with super bath towels. Highly recommend!

We loved the cottage. It was so clean and looked just like the pictures online. We would definitely stay here again.

4 of us stayed at JC Cottage to be close to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. It net our expectations and felt very much at home and cared for. We enjoyed a couple of local places to eat and relaxing in the cottage and on the deck. Other than a glitch with the shower we were very pleased with our stay.

Everything you would need, extra clean and in perfect location. We enjoy our stay.

It’s a nice place to stay

We traveled with my parents ages 84 & 86 to see the ark, the creation museum and explore the beautiful rolling hills of Kentucky. JC’s cottage was the perfect fit for us! Easy off street parking with a walk up ramp/sidewalk/no steps, a walk in shower and comfortable furniture and king sized beds! Fantastic attention to detail! Would highly recommend this property!
