    We really enjoyed our stay. The beds was comfortable. We all know when we go on vcay the beds never feel like home. Amazing back porch to enjoy your morning coffee. Very cute and warm welcome feeling. When we come back to Savanna we hope we can stay here again!!!!

    Inviting and relaxing. Quiet street. Convenient to both Downtown Savannah and Tybee Beach. We were able to park our Silverado pickup without a problem and with room for another vehicle. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

    We had a wonderful time, this cozy place was clean and very quiet. We had an amazing time only 12 minutes from the beach and 12 minutes from downtown Savannah perfect location.:)

    Enjoyed our visit and were very pleased with the accommodations. The cottage was comfortable and cozy and conveniently located for what we wanted to do. Shelia was very responsive to our questions. It was also a pleasure meeting the property manager, James, who provided us with a lot of good information.

    This our second stay at this property while we were in Savannah visiting family. It is a lovely place, very clean and safe, quiet neighborhood. Convenient to Tybee Island. We enjoyed the first few days of the trip walking on the beach with the temperature in the mid 70s. Also not far from downtown and not too far from the Airport. There are some good places to eat in the area also. We hope this place is open, the next time we are down visiting family because we had a good experience both times.

    I needed a long term rental during my transitional move to the Savannah area. This duplex rental on Wilmington Island was perfect! The hurricane/tropical storm Debby hovered over the Savannah area and my property manager/owner kept in touch to reassure me that the location of the rental was very safe and not in danger of flooding. She was right! The location is perfect, only a few minutes from groceries and restaurants. There is plenty of living space for 4 people, the screened in porch at the back of the house is huge! I only had the opportunity to relax there for a few hours; it would be a great place to have family dinners. The unit is near a busy intersection and at times, road noise and music filter into the home. If you’re used to a busy street, it won’t be a concern at all. I would recommend this rental for convenience, cleanliness, overall space and excellent communication with the owner/manager!!!

    Best stay ever. Exactly as described! Communication was great all along the way. I could easily live here. Great neighborhood too. Simply the best you cant go wrong with staying here. Perfect for a couple or small family. The location os so accessible to Tybee and Savannah.

    This location was perfect for us. Right in between Savannah and Tybee Island. The neighborhood was quiet, not far from the grocery store. Plenty of options of food less than half a mile from the house. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. The house was just the right size for a family of 4. I would recommend this house.

    The duplex is perfectly located between Savannah & Tybee. It was clean and spacious with a great screened in porch and back yard. Plenty of games were available for guests. The neighborhood felt safe. Convenient off street parking near the front door. The only negative was that the matress in the master bedroom sunk toward the middle making it difficult for 2 people to sleep. Since we weren't using the spare bedroom, my husband and I ended up sleeping on the two twin beds in that room for the last few nights. Check in and out was super easy. Overall a great experience.
