Stayed Mar 13, 2025Very cute and cozy old house with clean and stocked bathroom and kitchen and comfy beds Easily parked 2 vehicles, one in driveway and one in front on street side. Surprisingly quiet. Very good communication with the host. Comfortable stay for 4 adults. Would be a little cramped with 6 adults. Would definitely stay again

Stayed Feb 13, 2026Great place to stay in Baton Rouge! The home was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood. It’s in a convenient location, close to downtown and LSU. We really enjoyed our stay and will book again on our next visit!

Stayed Apr 27, 2025The property was very nice, and we liked it a LOT.We would stay there again rather than a hotel. It was very homey and fit our needs just right.I don't know if we will ever bowl in Baton Rouge again, but if we do, we will absolutely try to rent the cottage for our stay again. It had everything we needed and fit our need very well.My contacts with the Property Manager Abby, was very important and I got all the answers from her that were needed. An A -PLUS rating for her!! Got to go.Dave Allen

Stayed Mar 16, 2025This is a great little house. The neighbors seemed nice. Pros it was clean and convenient to LSU. Cons dogs barking all night, surrounding area questionable.

Stayed Feb 6, 2025The house in itself is very basic as described. There are some things available to make you comfortable, such as, extra blankets, fans, dimmable lamps. There are some things that need repair that could be harmful to little ones. For the most part very clean, but a couple of items in the kitchen need attention. Liked that the house is very close to LSU, but that means it is a very undesirable neighborhood.

Stayed Apr 5, 2024House was fine. Would be careful if female or family. Watched 2 separate dog fights happen in front of the house. Just make sure to lock the doors.

Stayed Mar 29, 2024This was a few blocks from my LSU student's apartment and perfect for our stay. A nicely stocked kitchen with coffee, creamer, spices and a stick of butter was very helpful, as I picked up groceries but forgot the butter! The beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was fairly quiet. There is a lot of light that comes through the blinds at night, so if you are used to a dark room, you might want to bring a mask. The Garfield touches were delightful!! Overall, this was a charming cottage perfect for a couple of couples max. I hope to stay here next time we visit Baton Rouge!

Stayed Mar 22, 2024This little house on a side street was perfect for our quick stay. It was VERY clean and had all the extras we needed. It is in a great location close to LSU, the fields, the stadium and all the action. Abby was extremely communicative, super friendly, and she responded quickly to all inquiries. Would most definitely recommend this little gem!

Stayed Jan 5, 2024Overall the stay was great. Location to LSU campus is like 5min away. The owner was so nice, accommodating, knowledgeable, and we stayed in constant communication. The home is very well kept and clean. It was perfect for our family of four. The owner provided essentials just in case and that was so thoughtful. The only issues we had was the on and off of the neighbors security lights. If you are a light sleeper this is very bothersome. Besides that I would recommend the stay here. We plan on returning.

Stayed Oct 19, 2023You can’t get any closer to being on LSU campus than this. So close to everything 5-10 min away. Easy safe walking distance to stadium on game day. The house has everything you could want clean, comfy beds, hot shower full kitchen and a washer dryer. Also Abbey is amazing she kept us up to date with everything from pre arrival instructions to events happening over the weekend. If my son chooses LSU I’ll be staying here quite a bit!!!
