History
The house has been a traditional cottage built inthe 40s. It was bought by our family and was completely renovated and enlarged. It is ideally located and follows all rules of traditional architecture of pelloponesian houses.
It is therefore realy comfortable to stay even in the hot days in the summer. Winter is also very calm due to the close distance to the sea. Central heating is also installed, so that the house can be used throughout the year.

Description
The house has two independent apartments. The ground floor provides accomodation facilities for 6 people and has one living room, one kitchen, one bedroom with two single beds and a second bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom and one WC. Two couches are placed also in the livingroom, which can be used as additional beds.
The upper floor provides facilities for accomodation 4 people and has: one living room, one kitchen, one double bedroom and one bathroom. Two couches are placed again in the livingroom, which can be used as additional beds.
Clean sheets and towels are always available. A washing machine is also installed in the WC of the apartment in the basement. A cleaning lady can be also reserved, if requested, in the middle of an accomodation period after appointment
The house far away from the local road, and is therefore very quiet. I clear sky without any city lights can be usually observed at night. It is very peaceful, tastefully decorated and is ideal for families requesting calm and relaxing holidays combining them with some visits of local seightseeings and cultural activities.

    Me and my 5 friends had a great vacation. It’s a nice house with beautiful terrace. The house had everything we needed and has a beautiful local beach. To reach the house you need to drive an uphill, offroad street for 200m, so it’s good to have s skilled driver. There was a time with water shortage but the owner was helpful and the problem got solved. Also, we couldn’t avoid some insects in our apartment. But very cute were the cats that we’re around our house and chilling with us. The most I enjoyed were our meals on the terrace with beautiful view.

    We had a nice stay in August. The house has a nice athmosphere. The cat family living there, are so pretty. The location is beautifull and the beach below the house was the best we have found in this area, very quit and never crouded.

    This is a perfect holiday home for a family group. There was rooms for everyone and plenty of bathrooms. The welcome breeze off the mountains, the owners advice on keeping windows and shutters closed in the day, and the floor fans absolutely did the job of keeping us comfortable in 38C heat. Noisy air con was not needed. We loved the spaces to eat outside, always a shady spot when you needed it. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach at dawn and dusk. We drove out to visit other beaches for lunches & more swims. Visited Nafplio twice & Epidavaros Theatre & Museum but mostly relaxed on beaches ( lots of useful beach paraphernalia available) & ate at 'home'. Michalis & Jannis were available by phone for any issues; broken lights & fan were sorted promptly. Some great instructions supplied including the video to find the remote road. We would highly recommend this beautiful, rustic, uniquely Greek property. Especially enjoyed with a cold beer on the patio under the amazing stars watching the geckos.

    The house lies in Lileika, a bay outside of Xiropigado. There is a nice and quite beach in just 7-8 minutes walk and great rocks and a gorge above the house.

    It was a perfect get away. Stunning views, simple, unpretentious. We had everything we needed for 4 children and 4 adults. 10 min walk down to the beach and a beautiful walk along the coast Astros

    The house is well located and has a very nice view on the sea. A very quiet beach is located a few minutes away. There is a lot to see in the region. The terrace is great. We loved our stay

    The traditional house is a bit outside the village in the mountains with a nice terrace with sea view. It is calm and provided with everything you need. We really had a relaxed stay there. Communication went without any problems.
