Hot tub, sauna, auto generator, in town of Bracebridge, dock-water toys, pets OK

This property suited our needs perfectly. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable for my family. There were many amenities that clearly showed that the owner put a great deal of thought and consideration into providing guests with the best experience possible. The owner was very responsive ensuring that we had check-in details when the VRBO site wasn’t working and also, the electronic access to the home made access seem less. We were a very short walk to downtown shops and restaurants but property was very quiet. Really nice property, great, caring owner, we will stay again on our next visit to Bracebridge.

Everything about our stay was amazing! The listing was better than described and it was the perfect place for us to come back to and relax. Communication leading up to our stay and while we were there was excellent - we got clear directions and prompt replies. We would definitely stay here again!!

Our family had an incredible time at this property. The cottage itself was beautifully decorated, clean and stocked with much of the things you need during your stay. My son and I enjoyed fishing in the morning, my daughters loved the hot tub, while my personal favourite was the outdoor sauna My husband loved the calm canoe ride we took in the river across the street while the kids paddle boarded. Our last night we went to a a restaurant recommend by the property owners and it was the perfect way to end our trip. The only complaint I have is that it was too short! Next time we will book to stay longer

The house was perfect! It had everything we needed and more. Location was close to everything. I would definitely recommend staying here !

Wow! Wow! Wow! This place was even better than the pictures showed. Every single detail is carefully thought out, but it is not overly precious at all. I mean, it is precious, but it is functional, and unbelievably fun! Hot tub, sauna, darts, old school video game, chefs kitchen, coffee station, porches, fire pit, and a shed filled with all the water toys! Oh and also close to the cutest town! We ordered a delicious Indian dinner while watching tv, explored Bracebridge and Gravenhurst, but our favorite was just getting in the kayaks off our private dock and heading towards the falls. We swam, climbed the falls and felt like kids again. Yes, we loved the place can you tell. Ha. Our host was amazing. Available very quickly. She helped us get into a television app that we didn’t have, and we had a great chat! Thanks again! 11 stars!

This property was exactly what we were looking for! From the time of booking to the time of check out Dawn was so helpful and treated us like family. The dock access across the road was perfect for our son to fish as we sat on the beautiful deck. The house was well stocked with all the essentials and more! Great property in a beautiful location for a family getaway. We can’t wait to return next year.

Absolutely beautiful space! They have quite literally thought of it all when it comes to your stay at a cottage. Pet friendly, kid friendly, cozy and modern!
