A wonderful family house, delightfully decorated, comfortably furnished, with a large secure garden. Tucked away on a quiet cul de sac this is a beautiful Bembridge home, 6 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes to the High Street.

The Space

There are 3 bedrooms: One king, one twin and one single.

One shower room downstairs and one bathroom with bath & shower upstairs.
The ground floor is open plan with living, kitchen and diningareas.

The dining area opens on to the garden where you will find a fire pit, patio heaters and a garden dining set that seats 12. There is a table tennis table and croquet set available for garden games.

The snug with smart Tv and lots if comfy seating is found in a chalet style cabin in the garden.

    Highly recommended beautiful house located in a lovely quiet road. The house has lots of room and is clean and bright. The house is fully equipped including indoor and outdoor games and is a great stay for families. A lovely well kept garden. The location is beautiful, clean and picturesque. Short walk to local shops and village pub. Walking distance to Bembridge beach. Local residents are friendly. We will definitely stay here again on another visit to the Island.

    We enjoyed the light airy open plan downstairs and very quiet evenings in the garden. Local area very nice with a few shops, bars and beach in walking distance.

    This was our second time at Windfalls. Still as good as last time but a shame we didn’t get the lovely sunshine we had for our previous stay. Really conveniently located in Bembridge village, 5 minute walk from shops including a lovely coffee shop, co-op, boots and fresh fishmonger. Walking distance to beach. Everything you need in the house for a holiday, a lovely secluded garden for outdoor dining and it is so peaceful!

    Visited IOW for a few days in May. The house was as detailed on the website and was perfect for our needs. The bathrooms could probably do with being renovated and the downstairs bathroom looked a bit tired. The house was exceptionally warm due to underfloor heating, which could make it a little bit uncomfortable.

    This was our second stay at Windfalls and it was even better than we remembered. Has everything you need and is in such a quiet and peaceful location. We love Bembridge High Street and the walks up on Culver Down. We hope to come back again soon!

    Beautiful house, spacious and comfortable with such fantastic outside space. Bembridge has everything you need for a quiet and relaxing stay - and we loved being able to walk to the beach.

    The property is in a really peaceful location with no noise at all. It was really well equipped and with all its additional outside features would be ideal for a family . The location was brilliant being 5 minutes walk from the small shops which was great for all essential needs, including a wonderful coffee shop! The bread, milk, cheese, butter and tomatoes left for our arrival was really appreciated. The full shower cubicle and toilet downstairs was a bonus. Recommended for a relaxing holiday. Thank you!

    Great house in Bembridge with spacious open plan accommodation, large garden and TV snug. Modern decoration and quiet location close to good grocery store and pub with great food. Hosts provided wealth of information to help us during the stay and check-in/out was easy and efficient. Only negatives were road to harbour being closed which meant major diversion to get to St Helens direction but hosts advised us of this in advance and was outwith their control. Some issues with front door bottom lock opening and bottom bathroom lock not being very well lined up but minor things. Would definitely stay here again if visiting this area and with better weather would be able to make more use of fantastic outside spce

    Emily was extremely helpful with answering my questions quickly before arriving at the property. Local produce left in the fridge was a nice touch after a long journey. Will definitely be re-booking next year via Curated Spaces IOW
