Built nearly 100 years ago and known as the very first home on this beach, this rustic getaway is a living piece of Northern Michigan history. Set on a spacious double lot with a sandy beach, stunning west-facing sunsets, and incredible stargazing, this cottage offers a peaceful escape surrounded by nature.

Spend your days swimming in the unusually warm, shallow waters of the bay, relaxing in the monarch butterfly meadow, or exploring nearby attractions like Headlands International Dark Sky Park, Mackinaw City, and the ferries to Mackinac Island.
