Stayed Jul 19, 2025My wife and 2 young kids and I stayed here for a week. The kids made great use of the community pool and we enjoyed the central location of Wells to places like Kennebunkport, Ogunquit, and Perkins Cove. We’ve been renting in Beach Dreams for a few years now and love the community and locations. Will definitely be coming back again.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025We had a great time in the cottage. It was very clean and nice place to stay. Especially liked the fully loaded kitchen. The community is very safe and offers a variety of things to do (club house, pickle ball courts, pool, etc...) I would stay there again in the future! You won't be disappointed!

Stayed Jun 15, 2024Loved the cottage, very quiet area of the community, only wish is that linens & towels be provided. We flew here so had to stop and buy our own. Rental of supplies, for us, was not an option. Also, grill needs replacement, could not use it. Love to visit again. Kathleen was very quick for any questions and concerns.

Stayed May 30, 2024The cottage was a great place to be for two weeks.The floorplan was comfortable, It was clean, Kathleen was always prompt with answers to questions, We liked having nature in the backyard rather than another building. It is easily accessible to the club house and to Rte 1. Our only concern/complaint is that we had to provide our own linens and towels, which is difficult when traveling by plane or is an added expense on top of the rental fee. Also, we were asked to supply paper goods for the next occupant, which we expected would be included in the cleaning fee.

Stayed Aug 12, 2023We had a great vacation at Beach Dreams. We loved the cottage, it was perfect for our family! Everything was exactly as described or better. We loved being close to the pool and the fitness center and used them daily. It was also so easy to get to the beach. We look forward to coming back again next year!

Stayed Jun 26, 2021We had a great time at this cottage. This is our second stay in beach dreams and this cottage was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. As with many of the beach dreams there was minimal outdoor space but having the pool area just a 1-2 minute walk up the road makes up for that. The cottage itself was clean, and had all kitchen supplies that we would need plus some extra.
