The Cottage is located in the bottom of fjord Ólafsfjörður, in the mountains. It has two bedrooms, a living room and a private geothermal water jacuzzi in a garden-in-house area, that can be opened up to the terrace. The cottage is well equipped, with a new WIFI for guests to use, and has new quality mattresses made up with comfortable linen, soft towels and warm blankets. The area is extremely peaceful. In the backyard is a heated football court and a playground for kids.

Stayed Jul 23, 2025We arrived in the evening, driving through clouds unable to see anything. We awoke to find we were surrounded 360 degrees by gorgeous mountains! We were awed!It was a bit of a drive on a dirt road but well worth it. The house was great. As described. The hot tub was an added treat. Lots of hiking and waterfalls everywhere too!Everything was great and communications were easy. Thank you
