Stayed May 14, 2025I like how it is right in downtown Moab, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Also like the tables and chairs in the front yard and enjoyed sitting out there when it was sunny.

Stayed May 9, 2025The house was exactly as shown. The fenced yard was great to sit in - shade most of the day, on a quiet street and comfortable chairs. The kitchen was well-stocked, the bed comfortable. The location close to the bike path and numerous restaurants was perfect! There was a dog park nearby that was great for our dog.It was a bit concerning that we said ahead of time we were bringing a dog, yet when we arrived there was a bill for the stay for the dog. We understood that all costs were paid ahead of time and paid through VRBO.Loved the colors in the kitchen! The fridge was totally unique!

Stayed Nov 27, 2024Heyduke’s Hideout was an awesome base camp for our little group (single mom and 2 teens). I went out and did my hikes while the kids mostly stayed in town and walked around to see art, rock shop, go to the bookstore and the cafes…we all got what we needed! We were pleasantly surprised to find they had added a TV and the fireplace was so cozy! We would bring a few thick blankets or a rug to sit in front of the fire with, if we booked again. The kitchen had what we needed (and we cooked a good bit), they had ice ready in the freezer for a cocktail, For the price, you can’t beat this place!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Haydukes was really well equipped and cosy. The seating areas in the garden were perfect for a chill-out beer after hiking. Comfortable bed, easy parking right outside and (for British visitors) a kettle so we could make lots of cups of tea!

Stayed Sep 18, 2024The location was very convenient to both parks and very walkable to downtown shops. Host responded quickly to a sink clog issue. Coffee would have been appreciated. Kitchen is well stocked otherwise. As two single ladies we would have felt safer with a deadbolt on the front door. Also there were sandbags to climb over to get through the gate and front door (I only mention this because it could be difficult for a not so mobile person.)

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Perfect small house with the large fenced yard. Location on a dead end was awesome. Just a block and a half to the literal.center of town. Beds were super comfy. Swamp cooler kept the place ice cold even though it was 100 degrees out. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Moab!

Stayed Aug 31, 2024Absolutely loved this place. Awesome location, well appointed, great beds, loved just sitting under the trees. Will be back for sure. The only thing I would change would be to get rid of the TV. One of the reasons we booked this house was the lack of TV as a selling point in the advertising description. It is just a distraction makes it a little harder to disconnect for those who are media junkies.
