Happy Hour Cottage on Sunset Beach Treasure Island, FL. Steps from the Beach!!

This property was just as described. Beautiful & clean, quiet yet steps away from the action. Our family of six loved the outdoor seating area!

This cottage was incredible, it was clean, quiet, close the beach, and had everything we needed for our beach vacation!

The property is as listed. Everything is new. Beds are comfortable. Short walk to beach. Beach chairs, umbrella and cart are great! Property Manager was extremely responsive and checked in on us.

We had a great time during our stay at Happy Hour Cottage. We were across the street from the beach and walking distance from the tiki bar. The house so super cute and clean.

Loved our stay everything was nice, clean and new. Loved that we had additional parking. This cottage is on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Caddy’s is still closed but they have a great pop up with a limited menu. This cottage was perfect for our long weekend. I was surprised they even had a washer and dryer. We didn’t use it but was great in case we needed to. We sat outside at night in the side patio which was just magical! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

Spotlessly clean, comfortable and well-equipped. We loved this place. Plenty of space for the 3 of us. Very close to the beach; a real easy walk.

Location to the beach was perfect! Nice quiet neighborhood. Convenient walk to restaurants, shops, and coffee shop. Kitchen & patio very enjoyable. Great way to celebrate my daughter & her accomplishments!

This is a lovely place to stay at the beach. It was clean and efficiently furnished. We ended up with 6 adults which should have felt more crowded than it did, but instead we just enjoyed ourselves. The location is perfect for walking to the beach. Short, easy drives to more concentrated amusements. Communication with owner was useful and quick. I would love to visit again.

We were looking for a place to getaway for the weekend to celebrate a birthday. This was perfect!!! The kitchen, the grill, the bedrooms - all of it was exactly what was expected. Just steps from the beach, we ladies had a wonderful experience and have found our new beach spot.

Super fun and convenient location!

This place has one of the best kitchens in a rental I've ever had the pleasure of using. Very, very well appointed with new everything, big fridge, sharp knives, etc. Loved that. The foldout couch is super comfy too--another rarity in rentals. A great location on a quiet street despite the Caddy's. Don't worry about the noise and revelry--you can't hear it from the house. Beach access is a snap. A couple of suggestions: maybe put a shelf of some kind in the hall between the bedrooms to keep stuff off the floor. And maybe a shelf inside each closet. It would also be helpful to have a folding drying rack for towels. One last thing--if you enclosed the outdoor shower it would get used more. Overall, a great place to stay!

Great house and location. Easy walk to the beach and enjoyed Caddy's and KiTiki in the area. Kitchen is very well stocked and has a lot of room. Enjoyed the outside area and grilled out and had local friends over. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible location and very clean home - the perfect place for a small group to stay in Treasure Island. Ken is incredibly responsive and happy to accommodate. Would love to go back!
