Beautiful apartment with everything we needed to feel at home. Great location, lovely view and very comfortable beds. Unfortunately the noise level from the road outside mixed with the building work from the new apartment block spoiled it for us, we left a day early due to lack of sleep. Teenagers seem to frequent the beach until the early hours of the morning, 2 am some mornings, enjoying fires on the beach. All in all a lovely apartment but not for us. Location, location, location! Brilliantly situated with fantastic views from the balcony. Beach towels included so you can walk from the apartment for a swim and then use the outside shower to get rid of the sand. Spent the whole week without using the car, lots of walking including the south coastal footpath to Helford Passage and taking the ferry to St Maws and walking to St Just in Roseland. Trip to Truro by boat and enjoying watching the boats in the original harbour by the Chain Locker pub. Couldn’t fault the apartment ......the Sky does work, point the controller at the cupboard opposite the cooker not at the telly, WiFi good and the back of the settee does come up by lifting each section. Would definitely stay again so much more to do in the area.

Gylly beach view is in a wonderful location overlooking the beautiful Queen Mary Gardens, Gyllyngvase Beach and Falmouth Bay. On arrival apartment is stunning. It is nicely furnished and comfortable. However having stayed two years ago we were disappointed this time to find that the maintenance could have been improved. We couldn’t find any information in the file or the cushions for the outdoor furniture. When we called the caretaker to identify a specific problem she was pleasant and responded without hesitation. We stayed with friends and we hope to visit again next year.

Very comfortable apartment with room to move Only criticism was that high tech equipment did not have Any instructions which were needed Minor quibble - apartment was equipped with sky tv. Never did get it to work (see comment about lack of instruction)
