Gulf Breeze Inn- Indian Rocks

This was by far the best beach experience I've had! The water is just a few steps away, and the community is very inviting. The property manager is super responsive and made the trip seamless and a great experience!

We loved our stay! The house was steps from the beach, there were beach toys available for our kids to use, and the views at the beach were incredible. It was also a very quiet beach. The home was well equipped with everything we needed and was exremely comfortable. We would love to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our time at this rental house! The communication from the host was excellent — quick, friendly, and helpful. The location couldn’t be better — just steps from the beach and close to everything we needed. We especially appreciated the extras like beach towels, chairs, wagon, and beach umbrella that made our stay so easy and comfortable. It was the perfect spot for a long girls’ weekend — highly recommend staying here!

The house was bigger than we expected. It was very clean and stocked with plenty of beach gear and a few days worth of Keurig pods. It is right on the bus line, which we made good use of, and plenty of restaurants nearby. The property caretaker and the host were very responsive.

Perfect house for a short beach getaway. Nothing fancy, but it was perfect for us to relax and walk down the street to the beach anytime we felt like it.

From booking through checkout - everything worked very well and was as expected or wanted.Very nice interior, practical and beach-like. Lots of useful stuff available (sun-umbrella, beach-chairs, …).Super near to the beach, one can just go for a swim.Thank you, Betty!

Everything was as listed - if we had any questions, Adrienne responded quickly. It was quiet while we were there and it was just a short walk to the beach. It’s a great location and a trolley stop is not far- we were close to a lot of restraints and we had breakfast at Cafe de Paris which great- we would definitely stay here again

We had a great time during our stay starting with a comfortable, clean property. The cottage was well supplied with beach needs, access to a gas grill and access to washer & dryer. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in the cottage and it was very comfortable! We were driving down after work so the contactless check in was perfect for us! The cottage was very clean and spacious. It was really nice having a designated parking spot because it allowed us to wake up and walk to the beach without the hassle of finding a spot to park. There was a beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels available in the cottage. Additionally, we were able to do a late check out, which was really wonderful since we were only staying for a few days. The location is perfect because it’s just a few steps to the beach and walkable to many restaurants. We can’t wait to come back!
