Stayed Dec 21, 2025Location was great for my purposes. Very good amenities, everything you need to cook at home. Very comfortable setting. Parking is a little tricky if you park in the garage, but there's room in front of the unit that doesn't impede the main house.

Stayed Nov 14, 2025The rental is nice. It was super clean! The king size bed was super comfy and the linens were so nice. downstairs does have a bit of a musty smell. Kitchen could use a couple more esentials like foil, ziplock bags and some cooking oil. Thee last morning we woke up to an alarm that took some investigation to find where it was coming from. Turned out to be a power box on the outside of the house that appeared to not be an uncommen issue as the button was labled push to silence. Would have been nice to have a warning about that.

Stayed Aug 22, 2025Great stay. And so thankful there was an A/C unit at the place for the hot weekend weather.

Stayed Aug 1, 2024We enjoyed our stay at Little Tides property. It has ample space, a nice clean refrigerator, two bathrooms, amazing king bed, a stove (though we didn't use it). We appreciated having the washer and dryer to use for our stay. Donna was great to work with if we had any questions or little concerns that were handled promptly. We would love to stay again if we are in the area.

Stayed Apr 2, 2024Part of the charm of Little Tides is the funky 40’s-50’s vibe. The kitchen works. We would appreciate the addition of a toaster and a blender. Also, weirdly enough, there was only one coffee cup, ironically a local freebie. The wicker sofa needs an upgrade on the cushions. The TV did not work—no signal, no channels. We tried twice. Also, the electrical outlets on the long wall are ancient—they will not hold a plug. They need to be upgraded. In spite of all this, we will go back. Little Tides is within miles of our family and very convenient. The property is beautiful!

Stayed Mar 8, 2023We enjoyed the roomy bedroom which included a cute mini kitchen, sitting area, and half-bath. The view was awesome! What was surprising is that the area is upstairs, inaccessible to handicapped persons. Full bath downstairs and nice office space. We did not attempt communication with the property manager but had to rate that in order to submit the review.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The view is incredible. You are just a steps away from walking on the beach when the tide is low. Peaceful and enjoyable. The only bad was very tiny kitchen but easy to with. And GPS will take you to the wrong place because it zones in on the house not the street address. Keep eyes peeled for address!

Stayed Feb 21, 2022This was a great spot, very comfortable accommodations with beautiful view of the water. Carport very very tight even for our small VW and there is zero lighting down steep driveway to house. Otherwise great stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969How lucky were we to spot three open nights at Little Tides in Gig Harbor just as we needed a getaway? This little house was perfect: comfy bed, cozy linens, kitchenette for coffee and small bites. We soaked in the views, combed the pebbly beach both high tide and low, and did some low-key exploration and recreation nearby by bike, car, and kayak. We're almost always looking for a new spot to explore, but Little Tides will definitely be on our list for a second visit. (Special hooray to the management who quickly responded and saved us from certain death by delivering the coffee that must have walked away to enjoy the gorgeous views itself.)
