My son had a wonderful time staying in this guesthouse and loved it. The perfect place to visit his daughter during his visit, walkable to town and beautifully appointed.

A great little place in a nice quiet neighborhood, easily walkable to shops and restaurants. All the amenities needed. And our puppy enjoyed hanging with us as well. Thank you for a great stay!

The property was perfect for us and our two dogs. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. It was clean and met our needs. Great location near main street in Weaverville. We couldn’t be happier with it.

We loved this cottage! Clean, fresh and bright, with a great covered deck. Fun to walk just a few blocks to the restaurants and businesses of downtown Weaverville.The host has thought of many many things that make the place special. And finally, it is not cluttered with unnecessary decorating items or scented things.We were very comfortable and would definitely visit again. We don't have a dog there is a doggie bed. For non-pet people, don't worry, we could not tell there had ever been pets there!communication with host was excellent!

We have stayed in numerous vrbo's. This unit, by far, was the most immaculate and well-equipped unit that we have ever rented. It was very nicely decorated, comfortable, and conveniently located (2 blocks from downtown Weaverville). The hosts could not have been nicer or more accomodating. We will be recommending this rental to many.

Everything about this guesthouse is fantastic! It is extremely well supplied - we wanted for nothing! The location couldn’t be better, affording us an easy walk to any place in downtown, and a quick jump on the highway to get to Asheville. And Geri and Stuart are the best hosts anywhere, super responsive and always willing to help. I can’t recommend this location enough.

Perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring Asheville area. Weaverville downtown has amazing shops and great restaurants. We plan on staying here again.

Everything about this pet friendly cottage is perfect. You can enjoy Weaverville on foot. The owners provided info about local hot spots. Asheville is still quite close so you can enjoy that too. Or stay in and enjoy the fabulous back deck! The cottage is clean and new. The owners have thought of everything and they are responsive and friendly. This is the nicest place. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Weaverville. The location of the property 2 blocks from downtown is perfect. There are lots of restaurants and shops close by.

We stayed for 8 nights. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The hosts were very responsive throughout the whole process, from booking until checkout. Many good restaurants and bars within blocks of the house, and a detailed listing of restaurant/ activities is in a binder at the house. Easy and quick drive to Asheville and the airport.

Had an amazing stay. House is very nice and clean. Has everything needed and host were amazing. The town is extremely dog friendly and Bronco had a blast. I would stay again in a heartbeat if we are back in the area!

The property was amazing. Very easy to check in and have access. It was beautifully maintained and it had easy instructions regarding TV /WiFi.The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary items to make my stay comfortable. The entire cottage was perfect and a comfortable stay. Conveniently located near restaurants and shops. Highly recommended. The host was very nice:)

We had a great stay at this cute cozy home. The house is in a great location within walking distance to Main Street which was awesome for morning walks with the dogs to grab coffee or going out to dinner and enjoying a nice stroll back home. We stayed for a long weekend over the 4th of July and it was so cool to see the community’s celebrations for the Holiday. Also being about 20 min drive to downtown Asheville or to multiple hiking areas was perfect. Would love to stay here again in the future!

This was my first VRBO rental and it was beyond perfect! I grew up in Weaverville and it was wonderful to be able to stay in town and walk to all of the places and people I wanted to visit. The guesthouse was so clean and had everything we needed. The host was friendly, helpful, and responsive. We will stay here the next time we come to town!

We stayed at the exceptional cottage in Weaverville for 4 nights. The house looked brand new with all the amenities you might need. The king bed with a mattress was to die for. For location was perfect for us. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We loved staying in this well appointed house in downtown. Clean, convenient and comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing on the outdoor enclosed deck and walked to dinner in downtown Weaverville. Highly recommend and we hope to return.

Perfect, peaceful, pleasant in every way

We were impressed by the attention to detail in this little cottage. The quality of the building materials, decor, kitchen supplies and furniture is top-notch. The owners were perfect hosts, showing consideration for our elderly dog's needs. The location is a short walk from downtown Weaverville. As long as you can climb the stairs to the bedroom and bathroom, this is a perfect place to stay. Couldn't have been more pleased with this little cottage.

We have stayed at many Vrbo places as we love to travel and I have to say this cute 1B/1B is the best by far! Super clean & beautifully decorated with at home conveniences.

This property is exceptionally well-appointed and features an upscale bathroom and kitchen. All of the rooms are beautifully decorated with comfort in mind. Our dog Bailey felt right at home and enjoyed the close proximity to Lake Louise for our morning walks. And of course, who wouldn’t love being so close to quaint downtown Weaverville! Weaverville residents are extremely friendly and we met several nice people.this is a wonderful place to stay. Best rental stay we have ever experienced.

No need to look any further for your stay in Weaverville/Asheville area. Very clean, well equipped kitchen, higher end appliances and nicely decorated. Located in a quiet neighborhood only a couple blocks from downtown Weaverville with good restaurants and a drug store serving wonderful ice cream!

This little cottage is immaculate and the host was on spot with immediate responses. It was a short walk to Main Street and one of the nicest, most relaxing, and clean place we have ever stayed at. My husband and I had visited Asheville before but were excited to check out Weaverville. The guesthouse was the perfect location! It was easy to check in, very clean with wonderful design and amenities. We could walk into Weaverville which we did for breakfast and dinner. It’s still only about a 12 minute drive into Asheville too! We enjoyed sitting out on the covered deck with coffee in the morning and even on rainy nights. It was a very relaxing place. We will be back!
