Both the main entrance and back entrance offer easy, step‑free access to the ground level. Vehicles can be driven right up to the front or back doors for unloading gear and accessing the mudroom + laundry area.

This is a nature‑based stay, not a high‑end luxury home. Located beside Bruce Peninsula National Park, you may encounter wildlife such as turtles, wild turkeys, and insects — all part of the natural ecosystem.

Peak season in Tobermory is busy — we recommend booking Grotto access early.

Guests must bring their own towels and personal bathroom items.

Supplied Bedding: linens and there are Two pillows per bed and 7 blankets are provided.

Guests Must notify us of Mobility Accessible needs & equipment upon booking.

Guests are expected to clean the cottage as they found it - cleaning supplies provided.

​BBQ Propane: A tank is provided. If it runs out, guests are responsible for refilling or exchanging it.

​Neighborhood Rules: Quiet family-oriented neighborhood—no parties or loud gatherings.

​This is a summer cottage with limited heating - one baseboard heater and several portable heaters available in main closet entrance.

​There is no A/C, but fans are available to help keep it cool. open windows for circulation.

​ Guest Access:
​Guests have full access to the entire cottage and outdoor areas, including all indoor living spaces, the kitchen, family room, both bathrooms, BBQ

​ Restricted Areas: The storage in backyard is reserved for the owner and are not accessible to guests.

​ House Rules:
​No parties
​No smoking inside the cottage.
​No pets allowed
No loud shouting

​Maximum occupancy is 10 people per municipal by-law. Failure to comply and adhere to Municipality Renters Conduct may result in fines or penalties.
