Stayed Aug 8, 2024The property couldn’t be more conveniently located. It’s a very nice home within easy walking distance to all the touristy highlights of Stratford upon Avon. There is plenty of room for a small family. I would recommend it and would stay again but do be aware that despite what the listing says there is no parking included with the property. There are nearby pay lots that will cost you 10 quid per day.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024The listing clearly states - in capital letters, not once but twice - that renters will be provided with free permit parking on-site, but the leasing agent did not actually follow through on that claim. Instead, we had to park in a garage off-site, and when we asked for reimbursment of the parking fee, citing the advertisement on Vrbo, we were told no. The only good thing about the property is its central location. Otherwise, the second bedroom was so tiny ... only room for beds, no luggage. The lights in bedrooms are single hanging lightbulbs. And the barndoor style door on the smaller bedroom was poorly installed and could be seen through ... minimal privacy. The backyard has not been kept up, and bushes are blocking access to the bins. The house smelled musty, and the atmosphere of the house overall was gloomy. Walls were paperthin, and so we could hear neighbors very loudly and people walking up and down the street. We caution anyone renting from Oracle Property Management. There were no instructions provided on house amenities, minimal communication about check-in, and poor communication otherwise from Oracle. Overall, a disappointing rental experience.
