Great Spot! Moody Beach, PRIVATE BEACH!!

Wonderful location and perfect space

We loved the sweet Cozi Cottage and felt completely comfortable and at home there. Moody Beach and Wells in general are so much calmer and quieter than neighboring Ogunquit or Kennebunkport. The direct access to the beach was great, and the beach itself was easily walkable. We saw two shooting stars the first night! I would definitely come to Cozi Cottage again for another relaxing mini vacation.

Very nice visit. Lori was in touch and always available for questions and we found a bottle of wine that she left for us which was very thoughtful and welcoming. The unit was very clean

Amazing property with beach access steps from the door ( no crossing streets or driving) . Perfect for our family of four.

Great spot to get away, steps to the ocean. Not a huge place but a good size for what we needed. Plenty to see and do in the area, nice place

The Cottage was clean, bright and cozy. We were just feet from the stairs to the beach. Our host was readily available if we needed her. I would certainly stay there again!

The cottage is charming, clean, and every comfort is available there. It was the perfect place to visit the beach and fall asleep to the sound of the waves after a day of walking the beach and enjoying the sand. I needed nothing that was not provided in the cottage. A dream come true.

Best location! Beach seconds away from this rental! Great communication with owner! Condo was very clean and updated! Pictures are spot on!

We have the most amazing stay in this adorable cottage. It is small, for sure, so my two young kids were going a bit crazy when inside, but these times were rare as we took full advantage of the beach being right in the back yard! Communication with Lori was easy and quick - she is a fabulous host! I am a fresh back surgery patient and the bed was too soft for me, so I did sleep on the couch in the upstairs which was firmer. If you do not enjoy a soft mattress, maybe bring a foam topper? Overall, I could not recommend this cottage more. Cannot wait to go back next year!

Moody Beach is very familiar to us,wonderful beach, great neighborhood. Enjoyed the house, very well equipped,comfortable bed, sleep to the sounds of the waves. Marvelous!
