Stayed Jun 15, 2025We absolutely loved this cottage in Wells Beach! It had everything we needed, and Kathleen was super communicative and easy to reach. The location was perfect, and the cottage was well-stocked and ready for our family of four. The only downside was having to leave!

Stayed Aug 2, 2025This place has everything you need and more. It is nicer than my own home. The cottage is a 3 minute walk to the lower pool, rec room, and gym. Hannaford’s is a 4 minute drive. When the traffic isn’t bad, you can be at Ogunquit beach in 7 minutes. The property is very clean, and has everything you need for a beach vacation. I highly recommend staying here if you want to save money and cook in and just hang out.

Stayed Jun 17, 2024We’ve stayed on property for many years and this cottage is one of our favorites. Clean and cozy! Unit has AC which was great with hot and humid days.
