Grand Lake's Newest Two Bedroom Two Bathroom Cottage Plus Full Hookup RV Spot

The cottage was excellent! It had everything we needed and more. It was spotless and very welcoming. The host met us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the property. We had a great time and I highly recommend.

A wonderful smaller efficient home. Impeccably clean and finished including small details. I couldn’t ask for better communication from any host. I ranked 4 star only because it is a distance to restaurants and stores. Peace and quiet on a wonder fully large and groomed lake front lot is a huge plus. We would happily stay there again!

We rented the cottage for a quick girls getaway trip. The accomodations were very nice and Ron and Sandy’s hospitality was more than we could have expected.

Stayed for 3 nights and plan to go back again! All brand new and they take pride in appearance of all spaces. Even installed a new grill we were unfortunately unable to use because of rain.

We loved this place so much last summer that we came back again. We came over to catch some paddlefish and wanted to be able to R&R for a couple days as well. We stayed here last summer and had a great experience so we decided to come back. It'll definitely be our go to place anytime we visit the area. The hosts are fantastic. The house is perfect and the location can't be beat.

This property is the perfect size for a couple guests. Super clean and modern! Exactly what we needed when coming into town for the Cowgirl Confident event. We really appreciated the large parking area and quiet environment.

The house was great. Just great for 4 people. The property was well taken care of and the owners were wonderful people. Couldn't ask for anything any better. If we try this again, this would be the place we will try to get.

Comfortable and quiet. Convenient access to the lake. Very nice porch with plenty of seating to enjoy being outdoors.

This is a perfect little 2 bedroom cabin right on the lake. We let our 7 year old chose a weekend getaway before starting back to school. He is fishing obsessed so somewhere with private access to a lake was what he chose. I came across this property and it was perfect. There were 4 of us so we needed two bedrooms. This cabin has two king bedrooms, two bathrooms and was all we hoped for. The owner welcomed us in person upon arrival and was quick to reply when we had a question and texted later. The lake access is shared with the owners second VRBO house next door, but was never an issue for us. The grounds are well maintained, the house was extremely clean and inside still feels very new. If you're looking for a place truly on the lake with private access then you can't go wrong here. We will be back.

My family and I were spending a couple days on the lake. We needed something with two bedrooms & two bathrooms. This VRBO was very nice. The owner met us upon arrival & showed us around. He explained all the light switches & fans. Very nice place to stay and owners!

This house and deck are beautiful! Beds are super comfortable. The shower is awesome and has a tall shower head which is important because we're tall. Great views of the lake. Being pet friendly is really great and we got to bring our two Beagles. Loved it here!

My family and I had the best time here. Everything about it was great, but the best part was the property owners. They live close by and were always quick to answer any questions we had, not to mention, met us when we pulled in for our stay. A+++ all around, we will definitely be coming back.

Wanted to do something special for our anniversary weekend and saw information on this property. Loved everything about our stay. Beds were comfy and for a cottage it felt big.The layout was great, kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the deck on the front allowed us to enjoy the evenings outside. My husband and I will go back for sure, per haps with another couple since amazing golf is close by. Owners checked in to see if we had any questions and wanted to make sure our stay there was great... no worries there, it WAS!
