Blending vintage mountain charm with unforgettable lakefront amenities, this special home was made for slow mornings by the water, sunny afternoons on the dock, and cozy evenings under the stars.

Wake up to sweeping lake views, spend the day along your own private shoreline, and let the hillside trolley carry your luggage between the lake and the house. With a brand-new private dock, dockside cabana, lakeside gazebo, private beach, fire pit, game room, and exclusive trail access, there’s plenty to enjoy without ever leaving the property.

The heart of the home is the light-filled three-bedroom main level, where massive floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors frame panoramic views of the lake from sunrise to sunset. Comfortable gathering spaces make it easy to relax together while still giving everyone room to spread out.

Working remotely A dedicated table in the living area creates a convenient workspace with a view, so you can stay connected without missing the beauty of the lake.

Downstairs, the Junior Suite Game Room adds another fun and flexible space for families and groups. It features two sets of bunk beds (4 bunks total), a full bathroom, mini fridge, and a convertible game table that switches from ping-pong to air hockey in seconds.

PRIVATE HILLSIDE TROLLEY
One of the most unique features of the property! Skip hauling luggage up and down the hillside and enjoy the convenience of your own private trolley connecting the lakefront area to the main home. Fully updated in 2026. Adult supervision is required during operation.

PRIVATE BEACH + BRAND-NEW DOCK
Step down to your own private shoreline and newly built 2026 dock. Swim, kayak, paddleboard, fish, or simply soak up the sunshine along the crystal-clear mountain water.

Per Arrowhead Lake Association regulations, short-term renters are not permitted to launch motorized boats. Guests ages 16+ who plan to fish must have a valid California Fishing License.

DOCKSIDE CABANA + LAKESIDE GAZEBO
Settle into lake life with a shaded dockside cabana complete with a mini fridge for cold drinks, or retreat to the peaceful gazebo with a book and take in the view. Sun loungers and life vests are provided by the water. Guests should bring their own beach towels.

ELEVATED DECK + FIRE PIT
Spend the afternoon relaxing outdoors with sweeping lake and mountain views, then gather around the fire pit as the sun goes down for stargazing, conversation, and cozy Lake Arrowhead evenings.
