Gorgeous New Canyon Cottage steps to 5 star Broadmoor and limitless trail system

Our stay at your beautiful, wonderfully furnished cottage was 100% perfect! From the fully stocked kitchen to the most comfortable bedrooms we felt right at home!! The Colorado wildlife we saw was amazing, and the back porch was a comfy place to unwind and relax, even including a Bose speaker! Each room had a white noise machine, but not needed unless you're not use to peace and quiet. Laura was an absolute joy to meet and such a positive lady! 10/10, highly recommend!!

Great host, beautiful home and perfect location

Location was perfect for what we wanted to do. We enjoyed Garden of the Gods, US Airforce Academy visitor center, Helen Hunt Falls Visitor Center, and traveled a bit to whitewater raft with Royal Gorge rafting trips. We cooked meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed and ate meals out at restaurants close by. We would definitely stay here again.

One of the most well appointed VRBOs we have stayed in. Comfortable stay for family of 4. Quiet with easy walk to the broadmoor and quick access to garden of the gods. Very clean. We would stay again. Thank you Laura

Beautiful and peaceful place to relax.

Walking distance to the Broadmoor up a bit of a hill - about a 10-15 minute walk. Also within walking distance to a nice coffee shop (Sacred Grounds) and various trailheads. Quiet and peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay at Canyon Creek Cottage. This home, nestled in the trees of the Cheyenne area of Colorado Springs, is beautifully designed and decorated. The bedrooms were cozy and had very comfortable beds. Most importantly, this home was spotlessly clean. We had a visit from three mule deer in the back yard one day, and they hung out under the trees for hours. It was enjoyable to watch them through the windows and snap some pictures of them. The location was an easy drive to so many great restaurants and activities. It felt like a home away from home, and we weren’t ready to leave! Thank you to our host for the amazing attention to detail. When we plan another trip to the area, we’d definitely stay here again!

Convenient, clean, and comfortable.

Great property for anyone with mobility issues. Only thre steps to the primary suites. Location and cleanliness are outstanding. High end finishes with attention to every detail. Will hope to book again when in the area.

We love Colorado Springs and this little cozy place was so great to stay in. There was a family of deer that visited us daily in the back yard. House has Everything you would need! Walmart grocery very close by to shop! Thanks for the great stay!

Stayed here for a wedding at the Broadmoor. Saved some money staying here instead of the hotel while staying well within walking distance. Also you are so close to so many trails. Would highly recommend.
