Stayed Feb 6, 2025This cute cottage is in a great location. It is close to restaurants, sororities & fraternities, and it is a short Uber ride to the stadium and downtown. It was the perfect place for us to stay during our Parent’s Weekend. The beds are comfortable, and the cottage has a washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for my small family. David is accommodating and responsive!

Stayed Jan 31, 2025I really wanted to like this property, as I always do my research to find places that fit our needs. Unfortunately, this stay didn’t meet expectations. The house itself could use some upkeep and a thorough cleaning. It has potential, but it feels like it hasn’t been well-maintained.The biggest challenge was the neighboring property, where several large dogs are outside 24/7. They barked throughout the night, which made it hard to get restful sleep, and one morning they were left roaming outside and came running towards us when we went outside, jumping on us. We had to go back inside until the owner contained them. Needless to say, this was a little unsettling.With some improvements to the home and better awareness of the surrounding environment, this could be a more enjoyable place to stay. Until then, I’d recommend future guests be aware of these factors before booking.
