Cute tiny cottage perfect for one or two people. New queen bed purchased May 2023, tiny fridge, keurig, full 3 piece bath. Nice deck with chairs for relaxing after a day at the beach.
We are located only 3 miles from the lovely downtown Swansboro area and only 8.4 miles to the beautiful beaches of Emerald Isle. Located in a rural area on 8 acres of land with only two other tiny homes on the property.
Very quiet and peaceful. Perfect getaway.

Stayed Aug 16, 2024Exactly as pictures showed ! Super clean and a beautiful property! Super close to Emerald Isle, grocery stores and literally everything you can imagine in between. Super clean and tucked away in a secluded area but not out of the way! Would love to come back and stay again maybe in one of her bigger places and get family to rent the other house on the property!

Stayed Jun 10, 2023It was a special visit and I would like to return. There are two other units on property as well that we would like to try. Would appreciate it if the gas tanks for the grills and fireplaces could be filled.
