Sun-N-Sea is located in East Beach Villas, a small townhouse community within walking distance to the beach. Nothing fancy but all the basics are available to you and priced economically for your Beach Vacation. It's all about the location! Unit #204 East Beach Villa is dog friendly (see below). THE SPACE
Bedrooms are located on the ground floor with the common living area upstairs. Both are queen beds.

Bedroom 1: queen size bed with en suite bathroom, with a combo tub shower. Go through the bedroom to the laundry area where there is a washer and dryer for your use.
Bedroom 2: queen size bed with use of the hall bathroom with comb tub/shower.

Located off the bedrooms is a fenced in area underneath the deck.
Upstairs is an open living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and family room with access to a generous outdoor deck.

There are 2 assigned parking spaces in front of the townhome.

Guest love East Beach Villas because of the convenience to the beach, wonderful walking and biking opportunities. It is about a 5-minute stroll from Unit 204 to the beach located at the end of Olive Way. An additional access to the expansive beach is also reached at the nearby Old Coast Guard Station public access point with lifeguards, parking, sand volleyball courts, snack bar, sailboat rentals and rest rooms.

A short drive or bike ride will take you to dining options such as Crabdaddy's, The Crab Trap, Fiddler's and Beachcomber BBQ. There are excellent restaurants and coffee shops around the island to satisfy any taste, and you are sure to find new favorites.

The quaint and lively village area has unique shops, restaurants, and the covered pier where you can fish, crab or watch the shrimp boats and large ships go in and out with the tide. The functioning lighthouse adds to this unique island's feel; and if you are up to it, you can climb the 129 steps to the observation platform for an unforgettable view.

We supply linens and towels and you will find an initial supply of soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, dish detergent, toilet paper and paper towels. Relax, enjoy and make lasting memories at East Beach Villas Unit #204.

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This home is dog friendly with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

    We wanted a great location and equally sized rooms (queen beds) with good sized tvs in both. We are older, so girls trips are lots of R&R and beach time! We had a few hiccups but Alex and Lighthouse were extremely professional & the issues were addressed immediately. We had a BLAST & will be back!!!

    Was a dated but clean property. We look for clean and safe and location was great. 5 min walk to beach. Very quiet. Pet friendly is always on the list for us too. Check in/out super easy. Will come again.

    This place was quiet, clean and well stoked with stuff in the kitchen and bathrooms. We had plenty of space for my 2 dogs, my husband and I. The location is ideal if you like to go to east beach.

    We absolutely love this home primarily because of the location! It's the perfect walking distance to the beach and just a short drive to downtown. The home itself was also perfect - the bedrooms were on the first floor and had a shared patio that leads to an outdoor shower, which is ideal for when you're coming back from the beach (especially with dogs). The second floor had a big living room, kitchen, and balcony, which made it the perfect space to spend quality time with friends and relax. All of this combined with the property being dog-friendly plus the property manager being kind and helpful makes this the ideal beach rental! I would highly recommend and absolutely stay here again.
