The house was nice. Clean and we had no issues. Communication was good. Would be a nice place in the summer too. Nice views of the lake.
This home was definitely a great find in a quiet area for the wife and I for a few days. Nice kitchen, quiet road, and the home is very well updated and comfortable. For bringing a boat however, it's possible the water was down in the lake at the time or another issue, but I brought a small 17 foot outboard open bow and we were fully beached at the dock having to push out to attempt to start. This was with two people totalling 280 lbs. If you had 4 people you would not move a boat other than a pontoon or possibly even be able to pull up to dock. Even attempting to be careful I ended up getting my intake blocked and having to come back home and replace impeller and figure out blockage, it was literally unavoidable outside of paddling back to the launch. I don't want to take away from this great home but I would have liked to have seen my review on the boat situation prior to hauling to the property. All in all VERY nice home and we enjoyed the stay overall.
First rate accommodations, well equipped kitchen. We wish we had had the ability to rent the pontoon boat!
