We’ve been coming here at least 5 years. It’s been very good for our needs and budget. If you’re looking for plush this may not be your style but it you need lots of room on the lake with a dock and close to shopping and town, this may be your place. The owner is very accessible and accommodating to our needs.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was very accommodating to all of our needs. Our family was able to spend quality time together without being crowded, plenty of room. Our last day there was super hot, and with no AC, a bit uncomfortable but being on the lake you hardly ever need air. Overall it was super! Thanks Bob!

Enjoyed our stay. Only draw back was there was no soap in the shower and not enough towels. But overall, very good.

We absolutely love the house the location the garage and the rooms! Cozy up at night play all day. Close to snowmobile trails!

This property is perfect for snowmobiling. You can ride from the House to Trail 7.

House is close to gas, parts, food, etc., and the trail head is only a few hundred feet away. Plenty of room for people and sleds.

Bob is great to deal with, very responsive to all communication. Great location for a golf trip and everything was as advertised. Have already booked for next year!

It would be hard to find a place that size and location for a better price. Plenty of room inside and out for our family of adults. Bob is always great to work with and available via text for any needs or questions.

Bob is a great host the only issue you we had was the dock was kinda short for the pontoon we rented but it worked. Will rent again we absolutely loved having a fire pit and kayaks and plenty of room for everyone

Location was perfect to play the Tree Tops golf courses. The property is at the north end of Otsego Lake and has a spectacular view. Comfortably fit our group of 10. Excellent communication with owner to stay informed.

We had a group of 5 adults and 9 children and this was a great place for us to relax, fish, grill, and hang out around the fire pit. The owner communicated well with us and checked on us when he heard there were storms that knocked out power at some homes in the area (we didn’t lose power). Thanks for a great stay, would definitely rent again.

Great stay on the north end of Otsego Lake! Very large rental with room to spread out. Quiet neighborhood. The only negative is that kids can’t swim in front of the cottage, but that is mentioned in the listing so we were expecting to go to the State park. Great rental!
