Welcome to Garden Nest! The newly renovated cabin, with original American Craftsman architectural charm, is perfect for your mountain getaway! Located on 1.5 acres, this little cabin is tucked away in a peaceful wooded area, but just 2 miles from downtown Hendersonville! Everything from groceries, restaurants, breweries, shopping is within minutes of this perfectly located cabin.

Decorated with our guests comfort in mind, this sweet little cabin will have you feeling right at home. Offering a gas fireplace and a comfortable living space for you to unwind and relax. The kitchen is perfectly suited for two, with a microwave, mini fridge, mini oven and coffee maker.

We invite you to take advantage of the fire pit to enjoy the fresh mountain air after a day of adventure and exploring. With many outdoor activities, such as hiking, zip lining, kayaking, etc., Garden Nest is the perfect spot to retreat and decompress!

- Yonder provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests providing their own linens
- For guest safety, Garden Nest has an exterior security camera monitoring the entrance. No cameras are located inside the home.

- Parking for 1 vehicle. Please use designated spaces shown on the parking map, do not park on the road or block the shared driveway. Garden Nest guests may also use the A-Frame guest parking area. The A-Frame circular driveway can fit larger vehicles and trailers; drive slowly to avoid ruts. Timer and solar lighting help with nighttime visibility.

Yonder openly shares our Cleaning Fees in a manner of full disclosure, as we think this is the most honest and forthright approach with respect to our guests. Our Cleaning Fees are backed by our Clean Guarantee, which reflects the highest level of standards, pristine environments for our guests, and a level of clean that surpasses any other vacation homes; we literally guarantee it!

Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet we can recommend some alternatives nearby.

Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest's name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
