Amazing house!! Everything was perfect and as pictured. Host was accommodating and communicated well. Everyone should stay here!!

We had a great stay in Saugatuck in early December. It snowed the entire weekend, and the property was very timely taken care of with plowing and shoveling. This property is in a perfect location with close proximity to downtown and a wedding venue as well as a wonderful restaurant (you could walk!) The home was clean with clear instructions, and everything was as you would want or expect. The beds were very comfortable. It was a perfect place to stay for four sisters and their husbands. We would love to come again!

In addition to this being a great and clean space, the host was easy to communicate with and provided a significant amount of information in advance of our stay.

This is a really beautiful home and in pristine condition. There were lovely spaces to spread out into and it was perfect for our occasion.

We loved this place! It was a great space for us. It was so beautiful, clean, modern, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could think of needing. The bedrooms are spacious, the back porch a lovely place to have coffee in the morning. We will definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay!! Everything in the house made for a perfect and relaxing visit. The location was ideal for shopping , boat ride and dinning. We will recommend this property to all our friends!

Location was excellent to downtown area. House was spacious and comfortable. Basement Jacuzzi-type bath/shower was slippery to shower in. Cabinets in kitchen were squeaky/noisy when opened/closed. Light in laundry room did not work correctly. Neither did security alarm.

Peaceful location with plenty of room to relax inside and out. Short walk into town to explore all that Saugatuck has to offer.

My friends and I had a wonderful time in this large, comfortable house. The roomy kitchen and dining room accommodated group food preparation and dining and the seating areas around the house offered comfortable spaces to relax and visit. And very importantly, to a person, everyone raved about the comfort of the beds. I strongly recommend this listing.

Check in was easy, the house was great, the beds were comfortable! Oval beach is beautiful and we lived that they had beach chairs and umbrellas to use. Would love to come and stay again!

This is a great house for families! We had so much room and the hosts literally thought of everything. Not only did they deliver on the items listed online, but we were surprised by a complete play area for the kids, and any utensil/spice you could ever need in the kitchen. The little ones loved the toys downstairs, and tons of room to play. It was a great location with easy access to town and Oval Beach. We had a great time!

Our extended family stayed here for vacation. The house comfortably fit all of us. I liked that each bedroom had large beds. The neighborhood was quiet but still close to downtown. There was a lot of games, toys and beach stuff for kids.

A very comfortable, fully equipped house that is close to everything in and around Saugatuck. Great if you have kids; the place is loaded with toys and games and space to play around. Loved it!

This is a great house for a big family or multiple families. There are separate living/sleeping areas and lots of together space. A shower on each of three floors helped a lot. Everyone loved the sunroom with lots of comfortable seating. Spent a lot of quality time in the basement with the games. Very clean, many towels, best equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen. Everyone can sit in the kitchen and eat together-15 seats. Lots of toys and equipment for the yard and the beach. Absolutely everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay, 8 adults in five rooms. We had 3.5 bathrooms and they were all good, clean and functioning. The host provided lots of towels. The beds upstairs were too soft, the beds in the basement were too hard, and the main floor beds were good. Our host responded quickly when we asked for non-down pillows and duvet filler for one bedroom. The house is outdated but functional and comfortable. The awesome sunroom has massive sliders that you can't open (no safety barriers or screens) which is a big miss. The backyard was mostly weeds and dead tree limbs and no cushions on the furniture...not super inviting. We woke up one morning to a bat hanging upside down on the living room blind...not sure where he came from...one of the guys got him out gently and safely. The guys did a fishing charter and had an absolute blast. We also did a jeep dune ride and a pontoon rental on the Kalamazoo river which were a lot of fun. We love Saugatuck and had a wonderful time!

The house was perfect for us. Our group was from three different states; gathering for a wedding. The house was perfect for our stay. PLENTY of room and well appointed. We would definitely recommend and would stay again!!

This home has everything you need for large families or large groups of friends. All of items mentioned in the listing were accurate. The spacious living spaces were filled with all the items needed for a great time! The kitchen is fully stocked. The beds were all extremely comfortable. The home is located close to town in a quaint, quiet neighborhood. The property manager was very attentive to questions. I would recommend this home to anyone who would like to visit the area.

Our daughter was getting married at a nearby venue at the Felt Estate and we needed a home that could accommodate our family and my Mother and Father in law. This was the perfect house. It was well stocked with anything you could need including a professional steamer that we were able to use on the wedding dress. The bridesmaids were able to get hair and make-up done with room to spare. Every bedroom is spacious with very comfortable beds. Check in and out was easy. Ian was prompt in answering any question I had. Eva is the owner and is equally lovely. We had a lovely weekend and I highly recommend this home. The garage was filled with beach toys bikes and 2 coolers. Multiple families could stay here very comfortably I definitely would return

Great amenities! It looks like you put a lot of thought into everything that anyone would want in a VRBO rental. We had a slow drain in one of the showers, we called the host at 11am and a plumber was there by 1pm! Well worth it!

Everything about the stay was flawless. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The property was clean, stocked with basic necessities and the location is better than what is in the listing description!! So incredibly spacious and had everything we needed and more!! Perfect stay for our Sons Wedding just 8 min away!! Definitely will be back!!

Big home with excellent toys for one year old to adults. Play area set up for little ones. Foosball and Shuffleboard for adults. Outside games available. Tommy Bahama beach chairs. No need to bring your own. Be sure to check out interurban bus for a ride to and from Oval Beach. Traffic was crazy to drive there. $1 each to ride the bus that picks you up. Gather in grill area, basement rec room, three season room and front porch. Big kitchen with lots of seating at the kitchen table. We barely rode our bikes, not really a bike friendly area, at least for road bikes. In the area we enjoyed eating at Southernly, going on a river cruise, and especially liked the dune ride. We also found a set of 8 pickleball courts in Douglas. Of course, all the very cute shops. Great days here with our three adult kids and their families… 😃😃

We loved our stay at Evas place. The front yard and driveway were perfect for young children play (including scootering!). Nice quiet street. Great option of 2 fridge spaces and 2 washer/dryers. Basement full of toys for kids. Only complaint was the floors. Made our feet and socks black. Likely due to too much soap just moving dirt around vs actually cleaning. House has had some love overall but the location and size was great!

Our family has stayed at this property twice now. We love the house and the town. The owner/manager are very responsive and helpful.

The house was perfect for a girl’s getaway. There was room to spread out as well as room to come together. The back room with all of the windows. Perfect for socializing with a glass of wine in the evening and reading with coffee in the morning. The house is well stocked with anything you might need. We really appreciated the beach chairs to be able to go watch the sunset at Oval Beach. Ian was always quick to respond to questions, and with suggestions for places to eat, drink, and enjoy in the area. I highly recommend this house and the hosts
