Great space in a great neighborhood. Located in the Lake Morton Historic District, and close to just about everything. The cottage is a studio (so the only privacy is in the bathroom), located directly behind our home, with a kitchenette and a nice size bathroom and shower. There is a traditional queen bed. There is a large, private patio behind the cottage. We live in the main home, and the cottage is a completely separate structure. While there are some common areas
