Stayed Aug 16, 2025Great cottage and the amenities in the community are wonderful. Our cottage had a nicer, bigger bathroom than other layouts. The layout of this cottage feels bigger in the main area with the kitchen as well. We stayed with our 4 and 2 year old and it was perfect for them. The 4 year old slept on the bunk bed and we were able to fit a pack and play in the room for the 2 year old. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025This cottage at Summer Village in Wells, ME was just perfect for my family of 4. The cottage is well maintained, updated, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the family pool daily, also clean and well maintained, and the location of this particular cottage was perfect in terms of accessing the different pools and other activity options. The entire complex was quiet and safe, and we enjoyed walking around and exploring the other amenities. If you’re not up for walking, the trolley is a nice option to get around. The check in/out process was super fast and easy, and Kathleen was well organized and communicative. We had a lovely week that went by way too quickly!!!

Stayed Jul 20, 2024We spent 1 week in a cottage at Summer Village in Wells, Me. We were very comfortable, there were 3 adults and plenty of room. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked with dishes and silverware. The bathroom had a great shower and a washer and dryer. The closed in porch was my favorite room! summer Village was a great find! The grounds were lovely for walking or a morning run. The location was perfect so close to the beaches and Ogunquit. We will definitely consider this location again.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024The cottage was perfect for our family! Clean and well stocked. 10 yr old twins had plenty to do at Summer Village! The location is ideal for exploring!
