Stayed Dec 6, 2025Very clean and close to all the good eats! Street can be a bit loud at night but we were informed prior and the rooms have noise cancellation amenities to help. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Oct 17, 2025Clean and comfortable, nice little porch, close to great food and entertainment! A bit noisy in the nighttime but it WAS the weekend and close to campus. Not a good spot if you aren’t able to carry all your things up the stairs to the apartment, but it was perfect for us.

Stayed Jul 14, 2025My wife and our son stayed 2 nights in the flat while attending ULL orientation. Location is close to everything you need…campus…downtown…great places to eat, all within a short distance. The 2br layout with private full baths work out great. The place was clean and Tyler was easy to work with. This will be our go to when coming to visit our son at ULL.

The information packet they have for the flat gives you some ideas of places to go or eat. I fell in love with the interior design. Cheers!
