The bedrooms include two king-size and a double, serviced by a bathroom and shower room. To the outside is a courtyard with seating and permit parking for one car in the centre of town. WiFi, fuel, power, cot, highchair, bedlinen and towels are included in rent. This property will accept one dog. Smoking is not permitted. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop and pub. Fran’s Nest is a wonderful escape, whatever time of year.

Derwentwater, a beautiful lake at the head of the breathtaking Borrowdale Valley, is only a short stroll from the town centre. The stunning Newlands Valley is nearby, situated between Braithwaite and Buttermere, and the charming Bassenthwaite Lake is definitely worth a visit. Everything from a leisurely stroll through the countryside to a strenuous walk up Skiddaw or the renowned Catbells is available. Visit the Jennings Brewery, Mirehouse, a magnificent home and gardens on the shores of Bassenthwaite Lake, or go on a wonderful boat tour of Derwentwater.
