Feel Relaxed, Right On the Lake! Fall '25 and 2026 Booking!

We loved our stay in the cottage right on the water. So peaceful and a perfect get a way for my husband and I. Definitely recommend sleeping in the room overlooking the water. A perfect way to wake up. Easy to cleanup and loved the historical aspect. Would definitely recommend!

The property is well maintained and is right on the water. It was very nice for our kids to be able to walk out the door and look for small seashells.

We enjoyed the comfortable cottage footsteps from the lake. The cottage had everything we needed for a four-person family gathering. We brought kayaks, paddleboards and floats, and enjoyed them all. I swam every day from the dock. I walked out quite far and it never went over my head. On calm afternoons there was a lot of just floating on the water.Stores for daily needs were just a short drive away in Branchport. Restaurants and grocery stores were a little longer drive in the other direction toward Penn Yan.We found the neighbors on both sides to be very pleasant and friendly. We also enjoyed the fire pit most nights when it was calm.All in all a great stay!

The cottage is as described right near the lake with a beautiful view. Very clean and comfortable inside and out. Lake area was a bit seaweedy but we went swimming at a nearby park. Great fireworks show July 4. Neighbors very nice and we enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks Chris and Joan!

Wonderful cabin right on the lake. Everything was as described. It was a great launching point to enjoy all that the finger lakes have to offer.

Everything was great! with the exception of the parking for two full size trucks with 21-foot bass boats. There's enough space, just difficult to turn on the narrow street.

This home was just right for us, it was clean and very nicely decorated. The location was great and the owners were very easy to deal with and very easy to get a hold of.We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views, quiet setting, cozy house on the water. This is the perfect place for a quiet escape to recharge, reconnect and just enjoy the moment. Highly recommend this home for your next lake visit.

Very nice property. Great views. Friendly neighbors. We enjoyed feeding the resident ducks. At night we could relax to the sound of the water lapping at the shore.

Beautiful spot! The cottage was simple and quaint. The hosts were proactive communicators. The view from the dock was fabulous. We hope to visit again.

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at this cottage. We loved the glider at the end of the dock. Spent each afternoon there enjoying the view of the lake. You can walk really far into the lake before getting to the deep part. We had to spend one day inside because of the rain but we sat on the sun porch and were still able to enjoy the view of the lake. There were laminated notes around that we found very helpful, such as how to operate the futons, the tv, etc. and where things were located. Chris and Joan were very nice hosts and got right back to you if you had questions. The neighbors were very friendly and we were grateful to them for their help to us. We will definitely try to go back here for vacation
