Stayed Mar 12, 2023It is rare that a rental exceeds expectations, and this one most definitely did. The cottage was perfect for my needs- small but so well-appointed. The fact that Chad welcomes pets made my stay even more enjoyable. The property was quiet and peaceful; I can only imagine how beautiful it will be later in the spring when the flowers have bloomed. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

Stayed Nov 4, 2022My wife and I spent a week at the Featherstone Cottage. The cottage and the property are lovely. It is very quiet, and private, yet you are just minutes from Hendersonville. The owner, Chad, was very attentive to our needs. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed May 8, 2022This was my second visit to Featherstone Cottage where my dog and I had a little retreat from the real world. I love that you are out in a country setting but just minutes from downtown or Flat Rock. I thought it was perfect before but the improvements that Chad made this year take it over the top. Great new kitchen.

Stayed Mar 31, 2022I was celebrating a personal transition and wanted to get away on my own retreat. The cottage was perfect for that!! Very comfortable with well appointed and eclectically (and tastefully!) decorated spaces. Loved the screen porch, the views, the quiet setting, and playing with Izzy (the owner’s dog) to boot! Chad is a great host. Perfect getaway! Will be back again!!
