The perfect retreat features 3 king beds and 2 twin beds, offering plenty of space for family or friends. With 3 bathrooms, mornings are easy and stress-free. The open floorplan of the main living area has plenty of space to watch tv, cook a meal, and dine while viewing Lake Clay. The kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation with large refrigerator/bottom freezer, glass top range, microwave, farmhouse sink, and dishwasher; and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker and other items needed to prepare most meals. The large lanai under truss affords another seating area with comfortable patio furniture, large screen tv and built in bbq grill. The cottage keeps guests cozy with heating and cool with AC, making every season enjoyable. Outside, the back yard is large enough for volleyball or a kick ball game, and Lake Clay is just steps away from the lanai! Dock with boat lift are convenient for docking your watercraft or boat, and the sand bottom lake is inviting for a swim. Dock has covered area for sitting. Boats/jetskis moored at dock belong to owner and are not for guest use. Rope swing is for owner use only and is locked so that no access is allowed by guests. Please do not leave trash on the dock or beach area.
