Family friendly beach cottage close to the beach.

There was plenty of room in this comfortable house for our extended family. We'd like to come back often!

The property was an excellent choice for our family vacation this year. We had 14 people in our group ranging from 3 to 96 years old! The house was well stocked, clean and spacious. We were pleasantly surprised that it was so much nicer than the pictures showed. The only downside is the cost of the pool passes required by Bethany West.

This place is in a quiet neighborhood and is a little bit far from the beach but the house is beautiful and is very clean. There is a Surround sound system through multiple rooms including the screened in porch which was a big plus.

Great property and quiet place to stay for a week.

The property is a great spot for family vacations. The house was very nice and clean for us when we arrived. Lots of space in the house to hang out. Pool nearby for the neighborhood to use and a 30 min walk to the beach.

This spacious house allowed me and my large group of friends to feel comfortable and at home, while also not feeling cramped. It is just a short drive away from the beach and the boardwalk which was absolutely perfect and the quiet neighborhood is great for taking walks. The outdoor shower is a great addition to the place, getting off most of the sand before entering and also providing a cute, artsy mural in the backyard. The outdoor space in the back was cozy and perfect for outdoor dining! Highly recommend this house!

Great house that’s better than the pictures. Clean and has everything you need. Beach is accessible too.

Awesome beach house! There were 8 of us (4 kids and 4 adults) and we could have very comfortablely had another family with us. Very roomy, very clean, great location! All of us absolutely loved the 2 ice machines! :) The kitchen was well stocked, there is a washer/dryer and the kids were so excited to see a swing set out back. Danny answered all of my questions promptly and was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks Danny!

My 3 sisters, Mom and I had a wonderful long weekend in Bethany Beach. This huge, beautifully decorated house is very clean and in a very nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. There are 2 ice makers and 2 refrigerators. The outdoor space is awesome. We enjoyed a crab feast with heavy, delicious crabs from Tom and Terry’s. Although we walked and/or biked to the beach every day, the beach pass was so appreciated so one car could transport our beach chairs, etc. and then park in the lot on Wellington. The owner is so nice and responds quickly. Couldn’t ask for a better VRBO experience. Thank you Daniel!

We have rented here and the past and plan on coming back.
