Family and pet friendly home sleeping up to 10, located within walking distance of the beach

A beautiful house in a quiet location with a perfect, secure garden ideal for dogs. The communication from Lisa, the house keeper, was brilliant. The village has 2 pubs within a short walking distance and the beach is 10 minutes walk away. Crantock is a lovely place in the summer but the quietness in the winter months and the great effort that is put into the village Christmas lights makes this a perfect spot for a winter break too.

Another great stay in a fabulous location. It’s our second stay and we are booking again. The property accommodates 10 people however we are only a group of four plus two dogs. We book an autumn break when Crantock is quieter but you still get occasional sun. Lovely walks and great communication from Lisa who looks after the property. Very comfortable house with plenty of space. If you get the chance you should book it .

We were a party of senior adults and 3 dogs. The house was lovely and had everything we needed for a super holiday. There is a wonderful sunny, enclosed garden for both dogs and adults to enjoy. Spacious, well-equipped kitchen, large sitting/dining room, and very comfortable beds. A 5 minute walk to the village shop, once we found the short cut, and only 10 minutes further to the wonderful Crantock beach.

This was our second holiday at Talland Croft - extended family of 10 and again it offered everything we could wish for. The accommodation and situation are perfect . A lovely village with a shop, places to eat and an easy walk to the beach. We couldn’t ask for more and the service from booking to check in was excellent.

Talland Croft is a beautiful property in a perfect location for exploring Crantock village & the surrounding areas. The village is idyllic with two of the best pubs in the area in the Old Albion & the Cornishman. Crantock beach is absolutely stunning and it is within walking distance of this property. Although in some rooms in the house, the decor & furniture is slightly outdated, this is a minor compromise in my opinion. Bedrooms are large & comfortable with plenty of space for the family of 10 + baby that we had. The garden is stunning! Overall great value, we would definitely recommend.

Things to do in the area were very accessible and the house and area brilliant for our family. Wish we had another weeks stay! Went far too fast! Lovely lady too that dealt with us..very helpful and accommodating.

Our family had a lovely holiday at Talland Croft , there were 10 of us plus Polly the dog . The house was great , lots of space for everyone . We loved the big garden , again plenty of space for bbq’s and games.

Comfortable, surprisingly large house with a big garden affording views towards the coast, and only a short distance from the super beach at Crantock.
