Falls Lake Cottage@Rolling View with saltwater hot tub, fire pit & screen porch

Susan is fantastic, this was the most organized , best stocked rental we have ever had.

I highly recommend this beautiful cabin in the woods with comfortable and beautiful updated interior. The hot tub makes it a spa vacay! Hosts are delightful.

Beautiful home. Backyard was excellent - could relax on screened in porch and hammock. Enjoyed smores by the firepit and unwinding in the hot tub at night - was a great escape from the city!Really appreciated how many activities they had for our toddler. Cars, trains, Legos, books and much more - he didn't want to leave!

Great stay at Falls Lake Cottage. Rob & Susan have done an amazing job outfitting the place with everything you could need for a comfortable stay and then some. Our dogs loved running in the large fenced in back yard. It was a quiet peaceful stay and we would definitely stay again when visiting Chapel Hill.

Had an amazing stay. The property was beautiful. We spent hours sitting on the cozy screened in porch. The house was clean and fully stocked. The hot tub was a wonderful place to relax at the end of the night followed by a fire and s’mores, from the s'mores kit provided by the host. The host was so kind, and treated us like family.

Susan and Rob have a wonderful house that is great for a long weekend. It is close to the things you want to do and the things you may need. The house itself well taken care of, well stocked, and likely has anything you may have forgotten. The property is gorgeous and great for both relaxing and enjoying their many outdoor games. Their trail to the mountains to sea trail is a great addition that made our morning stroll even more lovely. It is quiet minus a plane or two from RDU and everyone in our group found a nook somewhere in the house that brought them joy.

You won’t be disappointed with your stay here. Hosts are kind and helpful. House is extremely well stocked. Lots of games and activities to do at the house and the lake within walking distance. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

From arrival to departure, Susan was nothing short of exceptional. The home is meticulously kept, beautifully decorated, and draws you in with comfort. There have been many times that we stayed at other rentals and had to run out almost immediately after realizing we missed something during packing. There was absolutely no need to run out omce we arrived for our stay. Susan thought of everything. The amount of care that went into planning for her guest was outstanding. You can tell that she is truly a thoughtful and caring individual that wants all of her guest to feel like family! Well done!

This is one of the nicest properties I have ever rented. Susan and Rob were excellent hosts. They met us when we checked in and gave us a lovely overview of the amenities. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes, utensils, and gadgets you will need. The house was 5 minutes from the Rollingview Community Center were we were having sn event. Excellent location near the lake and hiking trails. Would definitely stay there again.

So many nice and thoughtful touches for the house. Had everything you needed and more. Clean and comfortable. The screen porch is amazing. Lots of board games and enjoyed the hot tub and lighting bugs!

This property was absolutely amazing and perfect for our reunion of friends. Susan was there when we arrived and was so friendly and welcoming it was as if she was one of us! She has created the perfect place to get away and provided absolutely everything you could possibly need to feel at home! I’d return again and again!
