    Property was nice. Nice garden. Not far to walk into town. Super close to the river walk. Good space for parking. Took a really really long time for the water in the shower to heat up. Couldn't get heater in lounge to work. Old shower and weird tiny kitchen.

    Towels and linen could have easily been provided and washed as all the facilities were easily available... Apart from this all good and appreciated the cut wood for the fire.

    Reasonably old property but perfect for what we needed. Shame it didn't have a separate toilet but the boys handled it.Rather noisy with SH1 closed so all heavy traffic now goes past this property but we soon adjusted. Recommend owners replace light bulbs with increased wattage!!

    The location was excellent. Although on one of the main roads it was relatively quiet and well secured. Needs a separate toilet, Dishwasher would be useful. Ants and cockroaches in kitchen - no insect spray. Great outdoor area. A separate explanation of the house would have been helpful rather than the generic Bachcare one explaining the intricacies and good points of the place - e.g. long wait for hot water to come through for the shower, nearby supermarket, cafes, restaurant locations.
