EZ Carriage House by Lake Monroe

Welcome to our EZ Carriage House. Just around the corner from Lake Monroe with seasonal lake views, and a short trip to downtown Bloomington and the Indiana University campus.

Located above our detached garage which sits on a separate, private 1+ acre lot with its own driveway this pet-friendly carriage house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.

Featuring a wrap around, covered porch with a seasonal view of Lake Monroe, and in a quiet private neighborhood this is the perfect location to relax, spend time enjoying Southern Indiana hills, Brown County, or just hang out by the firepit and enjoy the wildlife.

The open floor plan living room and kitchen makes it easy for your group to enjoy each other and have room to spread out. There is a king-size bed in bedroom 1 and a queen bed in the second bedroom. The sectional couch pulls out for an additional bed space. The bathroom has a separate commode / shower room.

Fully applianced kitchen (electric range, microwave, refrig with water & ice dispenser, dishwasher, Keurig coffeemaker, toaster, air fryer, pots & pans). Wifi. TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Gas grill, washer & dryer.

Guest access: Carriage house (upper level), laundry room (main level) and carport. Sorry, the garage is not available.

Other things to note: We ask that pets be limited to 2 and that they be up-to-date on vaccinations, house-broken and non-aggressive.
