Stayed Oct 6, 2025This was our favorite vacation rental, The house was immaculate. The kitchen well stocked. The host and his father very nice and so helpful. The house was gorgeous. The view was amazing. So relaxing and so tranquil. On our last day there were 5 herons in front of the property. It was full moon when we stayed and the moonlight over the water was gorgeous,

Stayed Sep 20, 2025Excellent property with anything available you need. Great indoor and outdoor space. Helpful support from the owner’s family next door. Great location with direct access to the water, easy access to the ferry, beaches, hikes, sites, superstore in Montague.

Stayed Aug 23, 2025The property was amazing. Very clean and well equipped. Loved the open layout and wrap around deck. We spent a lot of time sitting on the deck overlooking river, the beautiful tree provided shade and privacy. Master suite was spacious and private. David was very kind and helpful! We strongly recommend and hope to stay again sometime!

In addition to the basics that make for a great stay we had access to kayaks, beach chairs & beach towels, games, books & puzzles.We couldn’t wait to get back and unwind after busy days touring the island. It was so cozy, comfortable and peaceful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Stayed Aug 17, 2024We had a wonderful time in PEI staying at the cottage. It was a beautiful space and we loved watching the birds in the bay and exploring the nearby beach at low tide. We had absolutely no issues but knew that Dave would be happy to help if we did. Would definitely return!

Stayed Jul 3, 2024Beautiful well kept cottage about 10mins. From Souris and 20mins from national park. Local Beach with in walking distance. Used the kakaks in the local bay right in front of cottage.

Stayed Jun 10, 2024Our second time there! We love the property. We have three kids (4 year old, 2 year old and 9 month old) and it is so kid friendly! The nearby beach access is wonderful and plenty of room for the little ones to play. The property manager is friendly and helpful. We will be back!
