Executive Cottage in Muskoka

This property was excellent for our family get together. The cottage had plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone, kitchen was well appointed,and we loved the outdoor dining and screened in porch dining. The gathering area in the boathouse was a popular spot. Of special note was the large shallow water area for the little ones. A rarity on Rosseau. Our hostess responded to our questions promptly and any issues were dealt with to our satisfaction. Can’t wait to come again!

This cottage exceeded my expectations for a family vacation. You felt welcome as soon as you entered with the scent of fresh lovely flowers to great you. It was clean and there were plenty of seating areas all around to enjoy. The boat house was great. We rented a boat for a few days and fished off the dock at night. The house was well stocked with items you may have forgotten. The only thing i wish they had was some sort of railing to get down to the dock for safety but the stone steps were wide enough to have help if you have bad knees. I would definitely go again with my family of 12. Thanks for the wonderful memories!

We have already recommended the cottage to family friends. The dock area was a real highlight for all the water activities.

Initially as we checked in, we found dirty bed sheets, dirty oven, lack of bath linen. No welcome book (found day 3 in a drawer). Mildew on pillows in boathouse bedrooms. Once we cleaned up and washed linens ourselves, and cleaners were sent in next day to rectify the concerns, we soldiered on and had a wonderful stay. The cottage set up and waterfront are fabulous.

Reserved the cottage for 2 week family reunion. After some initial hiccups about cleanliness, fell in love with the cottage. Plenty of spaces to be close or afar from everyone. Host very responsive to concerns.

The host was helpful and thoughtful throughout. The cottage was secluded and well appointed. My team shared fantastic meals in a beautiful kitchen with loads of space to relax and enjoy the gorgeous view. The boathouse is amazing! Perfect fall retreat. Can’t wait to come back in the summer.

Had a lovely weekend here with the extended family enjoying the fall colour. Diana was easy to reach, and even had a pack and play for my baby to sleep in. Thanks for a great stay!

Our family/friends had a fantastic vacation at this cottage, and the proximity to Port Carling and JW Marriott are a definitely a plus. The cottage is located in a small bay, which creates a natural distance from the main water traffic routes, and made it perfect for the kids to enjoy the shallower waters next to the dock and for the other non-motorized activities. We also had a boat, that we were able to park inside the boathouse, which was super convenient for the few rainy days that rolled in. The few issues that came up during our 2-week stay were resolved quickly and professionally by Diana and her team, and they were super helpful and easy to deal with.

Great location and view. Big space. Unfortunately, no boat and sometimes water is off.
