Stayed Jul 22, 2025This was the perfect cottage for our visit to Chatham. It was clean and so convenient to downtown. We even saw wild turkeys, bunnies, and chipmunks in the beautifully landscaped yard. Mark and Deb gave us great recommendations for food, shopping and beaches. We got engaged at the Chatham Bars Inn during our stay, so we will definitely be back!

The cottage is tucked in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with abundant wildlife in the backyard. We loved sitting on the cottage's front porch, watching birds and relaxing.
